Here's looking at vowol, kid.

Some "a"'s to some of your frequently asked "q"'s --

-- Sure, I'd love to help you out. Like whatcha need? Sometimes it takes me a week to get back to emails, so phone's usually better.

-- Yes, VOWOL is still around. We're on a "pause" -- the Best in the Booth series was a hit, with work opportunities, representation offers, and all sorts of delightfulness. This is what I've always dreamed of -- getting good people access to other good people -- and seeing where it goes from there. Whew! After 2 1/2 years of doing this every week, I'm taking a little hiatus for my sanity! I've been hosting a few work outs at my home in Venice, and still do a few special series at our DMG studio. Hope you stick around as it develops, and definitely let me know what, and who, you think would be a great fit.

-- uh, YES... I'm in the first few minutes of the feature Exit Speed now on DVD. In my underwear. With Fred Ward. Swearing.

-- NO -- I'm NOT the actor who played The Killer in the feature Midnight Movie, but I do have a few voice a few lines for him (towards the end of this HORROR -- slow boil to super scary if you must know... eeek). There's a 1/2 second walk on, too, early on. If you watch the DVD just fast forward once after the movie gets started. Me and Linda have our quick commentary.

-- Yep, if it sounds like me on 89.9 KCRW for those promos it probably is. Been doing those a few times a month.

I'll keep adding to and for offerings like Compost Productions' Margarita, Mojitos, and Microphones - Tuesday 24th from 6pm to 11pm. It's $100, no wait, it's $75 this time, sorry -- for the 5 hours of laughing, connecting, and voicing. And drinking if that's your thing. Give Bill a call (818) 567-1489 for more info.

Meantime, all our guests have consistently talked about PRACTICE (reading out loud) and improv. It's like a guest consortium of the two most recommended things to do. Huh.

Love to know what you are up to.
